Registered Provisional Psychologist 

I am a compassionate, client-centered psychologist dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space for individuals, adolescents, and families navigating life’s challenges.  I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing memories and reduce emotional distress.

I also incorporate Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, a body-centered approach that invites clients to explore their inner experiences with curiosity and self-compassion. Through mindfulness and gentle exploration, I help clients uncover unconscious patterns, foster healing, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My practice is rooted in cultural humility, collaboration, and empowerment. I honor each individual’s unique strengths, supporting them in cultivating resilience, self-worth, and emotional well-being. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or past wounds, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
